Access to the Courtoisville Spa pool is included in the reservation of your room at the Grand Hotel de Courtoisville.

The Spa is accessible for all guests who have a stay and only for external customers who have a treatment reservation.
Can I buy a Spa voucher or gift card at the Grand Hôtel de Courtoisville?

We also offer Beautiful Life Hotels gift cards, starting at €50. They are valid at the Grand Hotel de Courtoisville as well as in the group's nine hotels, and can be used on all services: unforgettable stays, relaxing spa treatments, and delicious meals in our restaurants. At what time can I arrive at the Grand Hotel de Courtoisville?
Check-in is possible from 15:00. If you arrive earlier and your room or suite is ready, we will be happy to give you the key in advance. If it's not ready, you can already check in, drop off your luggage in the luggage room, and enjoy the hotel's amenities while waiting for your room or suite.
Early arrival is charged at 50% of the room rate and allows arrival at 9 am subject to availability.
Is the Grand Hotel de Courtoisville accessible to people with disabilities? Do you have adapted rooms? Do you have an elevator?
Yes, the Grand Hotel de Courtoisville is accessible to people with reduced mobility and has an elevator. We have two Superior rooms and the Signature Suite that are accessible. Our hotel does have an elevator.
Can I make a reservation in the 1906 restaurant even if I am not a hotel guest?
The 1906, now reserved for our guests, will soon be open to all epicureans.
Are vegetarian dishes and plant-based menus offered?
Yes, the chef and the team of the restaurant Le 1906 can offer you plant-based cuisine.
Does the restaurant have an outdoor terrace?
Yes our restaurant has an outdoor terrace for 50 seats, surrounded by greenery.
What activities are offered on site?
Depending on the season, the hotel offers:
- Fitness room
- Spa, treatments, sauna, steam room
- Heated pool
- Musical animations

At what time should I vacate my room or suite?
Check-out is at 12:00. Late check-out is charged at 50% of the room rate and allows departure at 15:00 subject to availability. In all cases, we keep your luggage safe.

What are the spa's opening hours?
Our wellness area is open every day from 10 am to 8 pm.
The Courtoisville Spa is accessible to external customers who have booked a treatment.

Do you have to pay a deposit to book?
Non-cancellable reservations must be paid 100% as soon as the reservation is made.
What type of breakfast is served? Can we take it in the room?
Breakfast is offered as a varied buffet or as room service. It is served from 7 am to 10 am in the restaurant and from 8 am to 11 am in the room.
What amenities can we find in the rooms?

What are your cancellation conditions?
For flexible rates: cancellations free of charge according to our general conditions of sale depending on the time of year (i.e. free of charge Until 15:00 the day before arrival or 48 hours before arrival, up to 14 days before arrival, up to 14 days before arrival)
For non-refundable rates: cancellation is not possible.
Is there a safe in the room?
Yes, each room has a secure safe.
Is WiFi free?
Yes, high speed wifi is free and available throughout the establishment, including rooms and common areas.
Can I privatize the spa?
Yes, it is possible to privatize the spa from 20:00 to 21:00 or from 21:00 to 22:00 for an exclusive moment (up to 8 people). Reservation with the spa team until 20:00 the day before.
Do you offer brunch?
No, we are not offering brunch at this time.
Do you offer a concierge service?
Yes, our reception team is at your disposal to assist you, organize and personalize your stay (reservations, advice, etc.).
Is there a fitness room?
Yes, a fitness room is accessible 24/7, with a wide range of equipment. Its access is included in your stay.
Do you offer Tea-Time?
Yes, a tea-time is offered every weekend (Saturday & Sunday) from 15:00 to 18:00 in the lounges of the Bar Le Baccara.
Do you offer room service?
Yes, room service is available every day from 9 am to 8 pm.
Does the hotel have parking?
Yes, we have a private and secure underground car park, with lift access, for 46 spaces. Outside, two electric charging stations are also available. The price of parking is €30 per night for any type of vehicle (electric included), reserved exclusively for hotel customers and accessible only by our valet service from 8 am to 8 pm
Do you accept animals?
Yes, pets are welcome for €25 per night.
Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant and in the Courtoisville Spa.
Can I buy a gift card for a stay or an experience?
Yes! Offer the Grand Hotel de Courtoisville experience with Beautiful Life Hotels gift cards, valid in all 10 establishments in the group, for an amount starting at €50. They can be used on accommodation, the spa, restaurants and all our services.
Do you organize events or seminars?
Yes, we have four modular seminar rooms that can accommodate up to 80 people. Contact our sales department for a personalized proposal.
