An ode to the year the Grand Hotel de Courtoisville was created, the restaurant Le 1906 pays tribute to Saint-Malo, its corsair city, and to Brittany, proud and gourmet, between land and sea.
In an elegant setting, a nod to Art Deco and sea bathing, it evokes the resorts of yesteryear and the timeless charm of the Emerald Coast. 80 seats in the dining room, 50 on the terrace: here, time stands still for a refined taste stop.
The sea, of course, is the guest of honor on this gourmet stroll. Its iodized flavors are invited to each plate, in harmony with the best seasonal products, enhanced by the chef's talent and his bistronomic cuisine. Line fish, shellfish, crustaceans, vegetables from local market gardeners: a score played to the rhythm of the tides and the fish auction.
In summer, let yourself be carried away by the sea breeze, on the terrace opening onto the garden. The murmur of the leaves, the saline scents, and the nearby Sillon Beach complete this precious break.
